Raising a child with autism has proven to be very costly. The AIM2Help grant program was formed in 2009 in an effort to offset some of the financial burden that a family incurs while also being beneficial to the individual with autism. Through the AIM2Help grant program a family can request a wide range of therapeutic items, therapeutic equipment, services, camp fees or fees for various lessons such as therapeutic horseback riding, swimming, art or music.
Teachers and therapists often pay out of pocket for classroom resources and/or equipment. Our AIM2Educate grant program was formed in 2015 with a goal of helping to support these teachers and therapists as they work with children with special needs. Teachers and therapists can apply for therapeutic equipment, sensory equipment, educational tools, manipulatives, or continuing education courses.
